User Agreement with

The www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au User Agreement.
The protocols set forth in this agreement cover the conditions and terms for you, the user, in respect to all www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au materials and associated Websites. These sites include but are not limited to woodworkingmasterclass.com and woodworkingmasterclass.com.au. All digital matter contained thereon and henceforth referred to as Intellectual Property (IP) and Copyright material (Content). Covering but not restricted to Text, Photos, Diagrams, Illustrations, Animations and Digital Video matter. By the use of these sites you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions set out forthwith.

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and woodworkingmasterclass.com.

1. Your Rights.
www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au franchise allows you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display of its Websites content and the materials associated with such sites as described above, provided that you do fully comply with the terms and conditions of this aforementioned Agreement. The contents of these Sites are only to be used for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to, plagiarize, transmit, transfer, copy, pass on or in any other way, shape or form either electronically of by other methods or mediums undermine the integrity of the material made available to you via your fully paid up membership privileges associated with being a www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au e-workshop member. This excludes the downloading and or coping of such material for you own personal and individual usage in what could be deemed reasonable and required for you as a fully paid up member of www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au e-workshop to construct and complete any of the projects, plans, jigs, workshop aids, devices or pieces described within the member’s e-workshop area.

2. Fee-Based Service Charges.

Certain features of these sites are available only through the purchase of e-workshop memberships ("Members Only Area") (MOA).

(a) You agree to pay, using a current and valid credit card which www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au accepts, the monthly or annual membership subscriptions fee set forth on the Sites, including any applicable taxes, and other charges incurred on your account in order to access "Members Only Area” www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au reserves the right to increase fees, surcharges, and site membership fees and/or to institute new fees at any time. These increases will be uploaded and be displayed on the relevant website no less than a minimum of 30 days prior to the new fee changes becoming effective. www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au will automatically charge your account for renewal of your site membership. The renewal charge will be the current published rates for the term of your membership enrolment choice. If for any reason www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Membership Services area until all fees have been paid and bought up to date. If you pay an annual membership to access the "Members Only Area” and cancel at any time during that membership year, www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au will refund the remainder of your membership on a pro-rata basis of the unused months of your membership (partial months will not be refunded).

(b) www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders are not responsible or liable for any charges associated with connecting to these Sites or any service fees required to access the "Members Only Area”

(c) For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au with accurate, complete, and up to date information required by the site membership registration to the "Members Only Area” including your name, address, telephone number(s), and applicable payment information (e.g., credit card number, email address, and expiration date). Failure to comply with this condition may, at the discretion of www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use and access the "Members Only Area”.

(d) You the user agree to be responsible to maintain your membership information to a current and correct reflection of your status in regards to Address, Email, and Credit card information.

3. No-Commercialization Policy.

You agree to use the "Members Only Area” content only in a non-commercial manner and in a way which it conducive with www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au terms and conditions agreement. You promise not to post, transmit or otherwise distribute to other sites (including but not limited to any Forum or Blog) any material contained within the “Members Only Area of www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au. Other than and only with respect to and of a nature that would reasonability be expected to assist you (only) to replicate your personal renditions of the projects set out in the projects and plans sections of the www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au "Members Only Area”

4. Copyright and IP.

All materials on the Site, including but without limitation to text, images, software, audio, video clips, animations, plans and/or diagrams (collectively, the "IP”) are owned or controlled by www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au which retains thel rights, titles, and interest in and to the Content. The Site and Contents are protected by the copyright.

7. Public Interactions & Communications.

You acknowledge and agree that any public Communications made to or by means of any portion of the Sites are public. You understand and acknowledge and except that
(i) you have no expectation of privacy in any public Communication and

(ii) no confidential nor contracting implied or other relationship is created between you and www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au by reason of your transmitting a public Communication to any area of the Site. You also acknowledge that any reliance upon any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed or distributed through the Site is at your own and individual risk and undertaking. www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Site, or to deny access to the Site to anyone at any time.
You understand and agree that www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au is not responsible for any materials posted by users of the Site. Before purchasing any third-party products or services described or posted on the Site, you are advised to verify pricing and other information relevant and pertaining to your use and your particular situation and application intended www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au nor any of its employees, agents or founders shall have any liability arising from your purchases of third-party goods or services based upon the information provided on the Site.

As we are also unaware of the materials they contain we pass no judgments or qualify any opinions in that regard. The responsibly of following such advices and/or directions rest solely with you, as an individual, and it is agreed that you release www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au its employees, agents and founders from any liability, fault or claims that may arise from you(the individual), your agents or legal representatives or other parties acting on your behalf following or taking such actions. www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents or founders do not control, nor are responsible for, any matters pertaining or as a result of any material displayed mentioned or hinted at or implied to you by any means possible to the availability of content, products or services that result from such sites.

13. Age Requirements.

You represent and guarantee www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au its employees, agents and founders that you are of a legal age to enter into a contractual agreement of any type. At least eighteen (18) years old and that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the Site in accordance with this Agreement. If you are under 18, you may use this Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

14. Financial Commitment & Responsibilities.

You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a subscriber to the www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au e-workshop “Members Only Area”. To any other third party, person or entity and will use it only for your personal activities and not in any way, shape of form, transfer, transmit or reproduce for commercial or gain or reward any content available to you are a financial member. You agree to be financially responsible for all usage or activity on your Members Only Area account.

15. Indemnity.

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold to no fault www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders from and against any and all liability and costs incurred www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders in connection with any claim arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of your obligations set forth herein. You shall cooperate as fully and as reasonably required in the defence of any such claim. www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au

17 Liability Limitations.

Use of the Site is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your downloading and/or use of any files, information, communications, content, or other material (IP and Software) accessed through or obtained by means of the Site. Under no circumstances shall www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders, or any provider of telecommunications or network services for www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees and or founders, be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the Site or Membership services, even if www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees and or founders, or their providers of telecommunications or network services have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders are limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by you for access and use of the membership services. You therefore hereby release www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of the abovementioned limitation.

• 18. Termination of Membership

In addition to any other rights of the parties set down within this agreement, either you or www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, may cancel or terminate this Agreement at any time in accordance with the membership terms and conditions. www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au reserves the right to limit, suspend or cancel your access to the e-workshop Membership Services in whole or in part, without notice, with respect to any breach or proposed breach by you with respect to any portion of this Agreement. If www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders terminates this Agreement based on a breach of any portion of this Agreement, www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, reserves the right to refuse to provide a membership or any Financial-Based Services Platform to you in the future. You can cancel your online membership at any time.

• 19. Revisions and Additions to Terms and Conditions of this Agreement

www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and or founders have the right to modify this Agreement and any policies affecting the Site, including without limitation the No-Commercialization Policy. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting to the Site or distribution via electronic or manual mail services. Your continued use of this Site following any modification notice to this Agreement shall be read as acceptance in full all such modification(s). Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with any modifications made to this provision, agreement or any policies and practices of www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au. Is to terminate your membership to this site and Members Only area.

20. General.

This Agreement lays out the entire agreement, terms and conditions between you and www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au its employees, agents and founders, with respect to the Site and, if applicable, the membership Service.

• Failure by www.woodworkingmasterclass.com.au, its employees, agents and founders to enforce and act upon any provisions set forth in this agreement shall in no way reflect or endorse that any of these aforementioned terms and conditions have been waived, diminished nor dituted in any way of any provision or rights set forth.
